Broken glass on my 2g iphone

Hey guys,
I got a iphone 2g and the glass is shattered completely. Still using the phone touch everything is working fine no problems.

What do i need to change? Just glass and digitizer?
I got a glass but dont think it will work as i got told it needs the glue to make the touch work.

Where can i get the parts from other than ebay?

you really need the complete unit i.e. digitiser and lcd -to try and separate digitiser from what is a glued unit usually ends in disaster. They are 50-70 pounds. Ebay is the only place unless you just do a search for an iphone parts supplier.
