Just updated to iTunes 11.1.1 - the icons in the sidebar are broken and iTunes quits when clicking TV shows in sidebar. Anyone else getting these issues? Also just noticed that the top menus in apps category is really strange.

Not getting those issues, but iTunes Radio did just decide to spontaneously quit playing (but hitting the play button started it back up).
Having the same issue. Most of my buttons and images on iTunes 11.1.1 are broken or unaligned.
Ok. so this is really weird! First time in 7 years owning a mac I had a problem. I went to apple iTunes page and re-downloaded the iTunes for Mac software and reinstalled. The software installed over the current install and everything now seems to be working fine. Like I said, Weird!
I had the same issue. Downloading from Apple's iTunes page and re-installing fixed it
