I have always changed up my icons on OS X since I started using Macs back in 2003.
I have a bunch of *.PNG and *.ICNS downloaded and I like to switch things up.
But I keep noticing that Chrome, for example, keeps resetting (I believe iTunes did also), and I get the image attached.
Do I have to go through terminal to make this a permanent system change for this app?
I have removed and re-added it to the dock several times to get the icon back, but it lasts for a few days then resets to this generic app icon.
Any help or insight would be appreciated
