I recently got an iPhone 5S in for repair. It was my girlfriends sisters, she previously had it repaired by her local milkman who completely mucked it up. He gave her a cheap screen off of ebay and it broke within a month. I got a high quality OEM screen from apple and replaced the old screen with the new one.

Upon replacing the screen, white lines appeared on the screen. I googled the issue and I followed some videos showing me how to fix this issue.. no luck.

I got my Macro lense out for my camera and I took pictures of the connectors to see the far left clip at the top, had come off. The screen doesnt display any life, the phone vibrates but nothing else.

I want to know if there is a way I can get all the files off of this iPhone so I can give them to her, If anybody knows a way I can do this that would be great!
