Good Morning all, I dropped my Macbook Pro y'day morning, well when i say dropped it was more of a fling out of my hand and a thwack against the side of the computer desk! :( Guess what part hit the desk the screen, as it was open!

So now my Macbook Pro screen no longer works and has big dirty cracks at the bezel! I called the insurance company up and it looks like it is covered, but it has to be sent of to a company called "iVal"

Have any of you fellow UK members used or heard of this company? Apparently if it's not deemed economically repairable they will replace it! I am now currently awaiting this company to contact me, the insurers have apparently passed my details on!
