Good Morning all, I dropped my Macbook Pro y'day morning, well when i say dropped it was more of a fling out of my hand and a thwack against the side of the computer desk! 
Guess what part hit the desk the screen, as it was open!
So now my Macbook Pro screen no longer works and has big dirty cracks at the bezel! I called the insurance company up and it looks like it is covered, but it has to be sent of to a company called "iVal"
Have any of you fellow UK members used or heard of this company? Apparently if it's not deemed economically repairable they will replace it! I am now currently awaiting this company to contact me, the insurers have apparently passed my details on!
