I ordered Ipod touch 5 from an e-commerce website.
The outer carton of the box was untampered.
But on the main box, the seal was broken from one side.
How can I know that the products are original, unused?
Should I return the product?

If you are uncomfortable and feel it may have have been tampered with, then send it back. It is your prerogative. Can you handle waiting for a new one to arrive? I realize they can be hard to break, but the smallest of tears is all it takes to start it, then it becomes easy to finish that tear. I also know it is easy to shrink-wrap a package as well once it has been opened. If you open it and get the standard setup screen, then it has most likely not been touch and something has happened to cause the seal to break.

It is up to you. How do you feel about the situation?
