Broken with Redsn0w, no MMS and no WiFi

I jailbroke my Iphone 3g with redsn0w 9.5b5-5 (the latest version) and I dont get MMS picture messages. It reads "The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction". From what I have read the version of Redsn0w that I used should support MMS. Any suggestions?

Also I rarely get a WiFi signal at my house. Even when I am 3 feet from the wireless router. When I go into settings the phone will not even see the network. When I hop on my computer and see what devices are connected to the router, the iPhone is on the list, but I cant use the phone on the WiFi. Any help?

you can always restore and try again

the MMS error I believe is from ATT getting an incompatible message are you able to send MMS? try sending one to yourself see if you get it.. if its the same message somehow your APN settings may have been reset or something of the sort...

you could also try reset network settings if you dont want to restore
