simsaladimbamba Guest Nov 28, 2010 22,670 31 located Oct 11, 2011 #2 Open the photo in Preview (comes with Mac OS X) and go "Tools > Adjust Size" and do it yourself, but as that image is not 4:3, the black bars will be added by Mac OS X when it will be shown as Desktop background.
