brother mfc9125cn scanner

I have the brother mcc 9125cn printer and the top feed scanner scans cricket and not straight. I called brother support and they said reinstall the driver and adobe pfd that did not work. I also tried this on another computer same issues what could be the cause of this? The glass function scanner works but you have to do one page at a time and not stack pile feed.
