I'd pay an extra 100 for mine right now. But then again I'm in Canada. So a good price for a 16gb right now is about 750-800 LOL.
You have to think about time and money. And how badly you want one now vs waiting 4-5 weeks.
It's a personal decision whether to "overpay" for an item.
U paid $650 for an item that was probably worth $525-550 depending on state taxes.
So u "overpaid about $130". Some of us are small business owners and can generate more than that kind of money in less than an hour.
So how hard does it take for u to work for $130 and can you wait 4-5 weeks? Apparently you made that choice already. Just enjoy your iPad 2 now.

Your username betrays you........that model is worth 499USD.......with 49 more dollars you could have gotten a 64GB WIFI.......not too smart unless you ship to HONG KONG......they pay 1250USD for WIFI 16G models......or so all the tech blogs claim....

Gave $850 for a 32gig 3G ATT model, considing I live in a 10% sales tax area that is only a $50 premium and I already listed it on CL and have interest at $950 to $1000.
Really just wanted a 64gig wifi in Black so for now hanging on to this until I find a trade or a store with stock. Reselling these is not going to an issue for the next several weeks if not months,the demand is through the roof.

you can sell that way over it's retail price is you ship internationally (and being careful about it) on eBay...
