Browser crash when saving images

And it doesn't matter which browser i use, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, happens on any website when i select save as 1 out of 4 times the browser crashes, i'm not sure what triggers the problem but i use Paragon NTFS to read/write NTFS partitions, although the default save location is my SSD same as the OS installation drive the usual, this scenario happens 90% in browsers but i've seen it happen as well when using Pathfinder to save an image, can changing default image viewer cause this? Or maybe when saving the other two connected drives wake up from sleep and cause the crash? I save tons of .ico files and never had a crash, same for .rar .zip and various other extensions.
