Konqueror 3.5.6 passed ALL!
Firefox 2 (shipping) passed 357 out of 578 tests
Firefox 3 (alpha as of 20070617) passed 369 out of 578 tests
Opera 9.2 (shipping) passed 346 out of 578 tests
Safari 2.0.4 (shipping) Passed 336 out of 578 tests: Thanks janey for the result
Safari 3 (beta, 3.0.1) passed 346 out of 578 tests
IE 7 (shipping) passed 330 out of 578 tests
so currently Firefox 2 is best CSS3 compatible browser on win/OSX, while Konqueror is best on Linux. and next year, it would be opera 9.5 followed by firefox 3 on win/OSX and konqueror 4/opera 9.5 on linux.
I don't have safari 2.0.4 (shipping) at hand, so whoever interested, please fill the data. (thanks janey)
Note:
1. CSS3 is not widely pushed/used yet.
2. Opera 9.5 (future version) is said to be FULLY compatible with CSS3, given the fact the Opera developers occupy large amount of positions in CSS committee, I think its pretty reasonable
3. Opera mini 4 mobile browser is said to has same core as opera 9.5
