On the top right of my browser, either Safari or Firefox there's the little search bar which by default is set to Google.

I've noticed sometimes that when I type a search into that bar rather than showing me the Google search results the page redirects to icnetworks.co.uk

It does this in either Safari or Firefox.

If I go to the address bar and type in www.google.com then the same thing happens.

However. If I type in the address bar www.google.co.uk then that page works as normal.

Any ideas what my problem is?

Thanks.

Check the DNS settings in your network preferences and in your router. It is possible that your router was hijacked. You can also check your hosts file for any redirects.
