Just did some browser tests after being fed up with my current setup.
Old: Safari 5.0.2 as default. Firefox 3.6.1 for incompatibility.
Firefox is a pain. I've noticed LONG load times for this browser and I get really frustrated when I have to use it for websites that don't support Safari. I decided to look at the other two browsers and test them all to see where everything is at.
Used Peacekeeper browser test. I know it isn't the end all, but it confirmed my suspicion that Firefox SUCKS (for OSX at least).
During the testing, you can definitely FEEL the lag in Firefox. It is terrible! Chrome felt the smoothest by far (very noticeable) and the tests show the same results.
Needless to say I'm going to try ditching Safari and Firefox and use just Chrome.
