Browsers cannot scroll! WTF!

I bought the Ipad to have a great browsing experience. However, on study pages like grockit.com, I cannot scroll down once an answer is published. The Ipad is stuck on and even if I use two fingers, I cannot scroll down or see the end of the page. This is very annoying and I tried several other browsers and they all have the same issue. What's going on here? Thanks for help!
