Browsing iTunes Store for TV Shows in AppleTV

I can't see TV Shows as a browsing option in AppleTV. How do I get this set up?

More than likely in a country that doesn't have TV shows. Stupid laws.

The iTunes store is rubbish anywhere out of the U.S.A
