I upgraded to Leopard (just for Boot Camp ), and now every time I log into osx, Firefox starts up by itself and displays a page on how to install printer cartridges.

Why? How do i make it stop? I've never had or used a printer on this machine (its a macbook pro). I have no idea where to look to make it stop. Are there any startup options somewhere where this may have been set? (I have no idea why its set...)

Anyone have any similar problem?

Thanks

-David

Check that it doesn't appear in either the Login Items section of System Preferences, or the StartupItems folder in the system library. :)

I found it in the login items of my profile... how or why it was there I have no idea. Gone now...

Thanks

You probably selected (right click/held down the mouse on) the dock icon and chose 'Keep In Dock', if this happens again, thats a good way to stop it happening :)
