That's just too infuriating!
How can they send things to an address that they know to be wrong? I think that that can't be reasonable -- I'd like to see something in the purchase paperwork that says that. Sounds like willfully improper conduct to me.
And then, they hadn't fixed anything? Anything?
I think that I'm too empathetic to enjoy that story -- and if I were a judge hearing a case where this person had gone back to TX and thrown the thing through the front window of DELL's corporate HQ, I'd look long and hard for some way to let him off....
