Brydge's so called "magnetic" cover isn't magnetic at all and even if it was magnetic, it would not be attracted to Brydge's totally "aluminum" keyboard.

It is magnetic... I once had it on a metal stand and the stand tipped over. I feared my iPad Pro would’ve fallen off and cracked but the cover kept it stuck to the metal stand. Saved myself that day and I always carry that cover around me even though I have a MK now.

What does the keyboard have to do with the back cover? The cover attaches to the iPad, which is aluminum btw.

How would you think it would stick, electostatically? That would be neat. Or maybe a weak adhesive, which wouldn't be neat :D

It's magnets.

I will say that although it uses magnets they seem to suck. They need to add more magnets possibly. Cheap on the magnets?

Does the cover stay on ok when you take the iPad out of the keyboard?

Don't need to try, it does. Magnets!

It dawned on me why they probably made it this way: so you can remove it easlily. It's flush with the iPad, so there's no way to remove it except prying it off. With something like the AMK you have plenty of leverage. I'm thinking Bridge was afraid of making it too strong, which has resulted in making it a bit too weak.
Just guessing.

Only time will tell what we are looking at with this, but it hasn't fallen off recently and I'm mobile. Nice product though, and much better priced than the AMK.
