I submitted a review of the new Brydge Mini II, and while there are many positives, the hinge design simply prevents daily use due to loss of touchscreen access on the bottom.
Nonetheless, I had sent Brydge an email with a question, to which they answered 3 days later. In the interim, I had sent them an email requesting an RMA for a return, which their policy allows. After six days, I had not heard back. I contacted them on their FB page, and still no response. I have sent them an additional email, with no response.
Unfortunately there are several instances of this type of post-purchase customer service from Brydge, which is apparently the rule and not the exception.
If you choose to purchase from Brydge, be hopeful that you don't need to return an item for warranty or as a return, because you'll probably join the rest of us who are very unsatisfied with their poor customer service.
