Does anyone else have this problem? I use my bt apple keyboard with my ipad mini and it used to be (on iOS 8) that whenever I would type with the bt keyboard, the on-screen kb would minimize. Now under iOS 9, I can get that to happen if I reboot the device but if I ever pull up the on-screen kb to change languages, then it won't minimize, or if it does, then the cursor disappears and I can't type anymore.
