BT Motorolla Earpiece unpairs with 3G

My wife just bought a IPG3 and I have paired it successfully with my original iPhone and hers. Only problem is that after a short time the earpiece unpairs itself from the G3. Anyone having this problem?

I'm hoping to save myself a trip to the Genius bar - they never have any liquor there - WTF!

Err... beside the typos and all, I think it would really help to post the model of Motorola BT headset. http://www.motorola.com/consumers/v...VCM1000008406b00aRCRD&appInstanceName=default mentions 28 different headsets, most of them are BT.
