Hello all. After months and months of using my laptop without one (even though I owned one) I whipped out my BT apple mouse because I finally needed it (and the batteries were dead... grr). Since the mouse settings had been for use on my desk, I had set the mouse on the highest sensitivity possible and I didn't think it moved fast enough. I don't know about you guys, but even on my windows machine, I have the mouse set to be ultra sensitive. I cant stand having to lift the mouse up and move it. Ugh. So anyways I had to do some design work for my class and I had my PB set up next to my cutting mat, and I put my BT mouse on it because I didn't have any more room, and it roars! I'm not kidding. I guess the semi-rough mat really helps out the mouse's LED. Now, I OSX's acceleration curve doesn't bug the SHT out of me
. The slightest move gets me anywhere on the screen!!! NO, litterally, moving the mouse this much: --- (<-In terms of real on desk movement) and I'm anywhere I want to be! and I'm I'm so happy!
Sorry, had to share. For those who get bugged by the OSX's acceleration curve, try another surface for the mouse. You might be happy with the results.
Now if there was some type of mouse pad with the same surface as my cutting matt
