BT mouse not recognized

I'm having trouble getting my new PB to recognize my iogear BT mousemini....i've followed all the directions from BT assistant and the manuel and when it searches for the mouse nothing comes up....both the BT (on the PB) and the mouse are turned on....

any help would be appreciated.
