BT with an other Action?

Hello together,

is there a way to perform similar to the trigger app from the Google store, certain commands or settings by means of an activation of the BT connection?
For example BT connecting = Wi-Fi hotspot is started

May I thought already on it, something to write and install via sideload.

Would be happy about a Github/xCode version too..
