BTO MBP, will it still have nVidia problems?

Hey Guys. I've been reading about the claimed defect of the nVidia graphics cards that in the current MBP and I've also read that nVidia has fixed this issue. Do you think that if I buy a BTO MBP (i wanna get the 200gb 7200rpm HDD), the video card will be ok? I'm assuming that since they have to custom build that mine, they'll use the more current parts?

Any info would be great!
