BTO only on Apple Store?

Hello folks

I want to buy me a 2012 15" Non-Retina MBP with AG High Res screen, but it seems I cannot use my Credit Card (I'm from Brazil) when travelling to the US on the Online Store.

Is there any other place where I can buy such unit with no sales tax (well...) and the AG screen?

Hmm, found them on B&H for the same listing price at Apple Store, and there I can buy with my credit card.
