BTO options

Hi Forum,

So I was looking into getting an iMac. But the lack of BTO options was surprising to me. I remember there being much more BTO options on any Mac a couple of year ago.

Now I know that Apple just want to streamline supply, but won't it be hurting them in the end? For example, I want a 21 inch but with better graphics. Now I can't get that so maybe I wont get the iMac at all.

What do you guys think?

I think that if you want iMac with better graphic card, you will buy the 27" model. And, most likely, this is Aoole's position as well.
If you want OSX on a desktop, there is no competition.

Hmm yeah you are right. It still is a shame but I can see Apple's point of view
