I just got my iPhone 3g on 8/15. When I got home, I was cleaning the phone when I noticed what seems to be a bubble under the screen when you hold it against the light. The entire screen feels smooth and functions well. Should I take it back for a new one? Thank you!

Edit: I went to the apple store and they replaced the iPhone. Unfortunately, they scratched the replacement and it ended up not being able to work on the EDGE internet... So, I got a third one and it works perfectly! Finally! I spent a total of 4 1/2 hours getting this resolved. Very happy with my phone now...

I had the same issue on my first generation iPhone, I took it to the genius bar they replaced it he said he had seen it before.

Same thing happened to me after downloading Bubbles and Bubblewrap. :D

Seriously, if you don't want to live with it you should take it back. Your choice.
