Bubble on my MBP screen

I just noticed that there's a bubble near the dock of my screen, even after i move the dock and change the wallpaper. I restarted my MBP but the bubble's still there. Is this normal and should I get it checked out by an Apple Genius? I've had the MBP for almost a year now

What happens if you turn it OFF. is it still there? If so, get it checked.
