so on the phone i have like 3 dime size bubble looking things, doenst affect the touch screen or the color, when the phone is lit i can see thru it. im wondering if its the outter screen ? ill try and put pics up soon.

They could be droplets of water or condensation that have built up within the iPhone. Has it been in any humid places lately? You could try putting in in sunlight, under supervision of course, to see if they disappear.

Have you done anything that would've brought this on....like the daily "I dropped my phone in the toilet/pool/ocean?"

i got it used on ebay and got it monday, so i dont know much about it, its dinged up but it works very well.
