bubbling noises MAC desktop

I have annoying bubble sounds on my MAC PC any suggestions how to get rid of these noises...I have had my MAC for 3 years

It could be your hard drive dying. Make sure you have a back up and see how it goes. Is it an iMac?
Fans make some weird noises too. Hard drives often make a slightly metallic click. You say 19". I don't recall a 19" imac. Can you provide a model to identify what you're using? If it's one where the hard drive is easily swapped and you have a backup of your boot drive, you might swap in and boot from the backup to check if it is in fact the hard drive (noises would go away).
