I don’t know too much about monitors or what requirements are needed for use with a M1 MBP. I have a 14” M1 MBP coming in a couple weeks and want to buy 2 external monitors for it. They don’t need to be anything fancy, but I don’t want complete garbage either. As an example of what type of image quality I would like, at work I use an Acer H236HL and it looks fine to me for my use, the 23” size also looks pretty good but I’m fine going a tad smaller or bigger as well. What is the best good budget monitor I can get for around $150-$200ish? Should I stick with 1080 or go with 4k? These monitors wouldn’t be used for anything professional, just very lite video editing and photoshop editing for personal use. Thanks so much for any suggestions.
