Budget Monitor

Right now I have a late 2011 MBP and I'm looking for a monitor for my office that I can take my laptop to work and hook up. At home I have a 27" TBD and I would like something at least this size. A little bigger is ok too. I would like something with similar characteristics of the TBD as far clarity and color. All the while I would like to keep the cost down as much as possible. This will be used for office work, invoicing, spreadsheets, emails, etc. I will upgrade laptops at some point, but this one is doing everything I need at the moment. Thanks in advance.
