In the ether
I've noticed that help windows are behaving oddly in terms of being an active window. For example, in iTunes, I had the preferences pane open. I clicked on the question mark to find out about a feature, but the help window that popped up would not act like an active window. I could move it around, but it could not stay in front of the preferences panel, instead it would move behind it. Further more, if I used expose to use a different window (in this case, a safari window), the help window would stay active...even in safari! Right now I'm typing in safari, and the help window is in my way and won't move behind the safari window.

It's very odd and I've noticed this happening in several programs. I hope I was able to properly articulate what is going on, as in reality seeing is believing. I can post a step by step summary of what to do if needed. Do bug reports submitted to Apple via "feedback" get read? Or do we have to wait for someone at Apple to stumble upon this problem?
