I am using the IPP 10.5, last iPADOs version.
Like I said in this thread I erased the device to factory settings:

Nothing was restored from any backup. But I noticed a new issue that never happened before. A bug introduced after I did the erasing.
iOS now requires me to not only use Touch ID (which I enabled it), I also have to press the Home Button to enter into iOS.
The default behavior is TOUCH ID + automatically go to HOME SCREEN.
Meaning you now have to press twice the same button to go there.
What is wrong here? I also enabled this option:

To enable smart lock and unlock on the iPhone, head to Settings > Display & Brightness, then toggle the switch next to Lock/Unlock. That’s it. Now, when you have the iPhone in a compatible folio-style case, it will automatically switch on the screen when you open it, and sleep the screen when you close it.

Restore to factory settings = better battery? Or no difference?
My IPP 10.5 has been suffering in terms of battery compared of course to years ago. This is the current status: What I was wondering is this... - Restoring the iPAD to factory settings; - Then not restoring from any backup. Instead reinstalling all apps and configure everything again...
