bug in 3.0 update on EA Scrabble

phone says it needs an update but it keeps going into a loop to agree to new terms, Scrabble will not update just keeps asking to agree to new terms, really annoying.

Anyone else has this issue? I called Apple tech support and they told me to restore my phone which I did and still doing it.

buy/update the app on the computer. you will accept the terms there and then you will be fine

I got it to go through.

instead of updating the app I hit update all on page before app and my endless cycle of accepting new terms went away and the app updated
