Bug in Photo frame option in iPad

whenever I click the photo frame button on the unlock screen it shows the images, but in the last 2 seconds of the image before it transitions to the next image, it pixelates. does it happen to anyone else?

Just tried it on my iPad (2012) for you and it works fine. Mine is set to dissolve and 5 seconds for each photo.

All good here too. No pixelation. I'm set to dissolve as well with a 3 second interval.
