I've been frustrated with my macbook pro missing clicks with my trackpad since upgrading to Lion. Finally I've been able to reproduce it.

1. Open an app (ie. firefox)
2. Use "ctrl + arrow right" to move to the next space.
3. Now "ctrl + arrow left" to move back.
Make sure you don't move to fast otherwise the selected program will change. Lion selects the program in the other space for you, but if you move to quickly back and forth it misses. So move slowly.

4. Repeat 2 & 3
5. Move you cursor over a button or something and click (or tap). Nothing will happen.

Lion is missing quite a few of my taps and clicks, and it's really annoying. I hope Apple can figure out what's wrong.
