[Bug Series 4] Siri Feedback with Haptic Crown

Is anyone else experiencing a buggy haptic crown when scolling through several content?
For example when Siri responses a search with a Wikipedia entry, its not readable because scrolling jumps through the page...

When you disable haptic crown, the page scrolls smoothly again.
Is there a solution other than disabling the feature?

This doesn't directly apply, but my haptic crown is turned on and there's absolutely no haptic feedback through the crown. My scrolling is completely smooth.
