If by this you mean should you unclick "Open 'safe' files after downloading", yes. Also shut off "AutoFill". Both are bad ideas. Should you be worried: no. Just don't allow the computer to install and run programs unless you expected something to be installed and want it.
It is good to be aware of this "bug" but let's not get ahead of ourselves. This situation looks like a very minor threat.
