Prior to iOS 7 when I would unlock my device via Smart Cover it would have a black background behind icons that slowly turned into my wallpaper. It just didn't seem right but I thought that was Normal. After updating to iOS 7.1 now it immediately shows the wallpaper. Just something that annoyed me and glad to see fixed. Did anyone else notice that?
