1) Make an on-the-go playlist with 10 songs.
2) Play a song on that on-the-go playlist. Say, song 1. Set the playlist to random.
3) Go back to your on-the-go playlist, re-order any song under the song playing. Say, move song 8 to song 2.
4) Go back to Now Playing.
5) Result.
