Bug with Preview. Shutting down screen?

Anyone else got a bug with Preview? In finder if I press space for Preview, every once and a while the screen just shuts off but I think the computer keeps running and I cant fix it without shutting down the computer.

MacBook Pro
15-inch, Mid 2010
Mac OS X Lion 10.7 (11A511)
