bugs I hit in 11.0: login via fingerprint doesn't work and creating a docker container is slower

I am running 11.0 on my MBA and these are two bugs I hit:

- I cannot login using the fingerprint, just Apple Watch or manually entering the password
- creating a docker container with volume mapping is slower, several times of magnitude slower, this might be because of the filesystem or the docker software, just reporting it

Touch Id works again after reseting the SMC, it's a good idea for people to check the list of known issues:
