Bugs in Outlook 2011

Any one else had problems with Outlook deleting mail after an hour or two?

I ran an update for mine yesterday and its driving me up a wall. My exchange account is all messed up and all my folders are showing unread mail like crazy. I don't know why microsoft marked this update as critical but it really f*cked up my email.
