Hi guys. I had a iPhone which I hacked and unlocked running on firmware version 2.0. The backup for that phone was about 30 minutes.
I restored my new iPhone 3G from my old iPhone's backup as I wanted my SMSes to be transferred over.
Now, my iPhone 3G on 2.0.2 has a very slow backup and mail will not open. Could this be because I restored from a hacked phone? I remember iTunes prompting me to send my phone sync details to Apple as diagnostic information. When I checked the details, I saw files labelled bootloader, which leads me to suspect that restoring from a hacked phone caused problems.
