Build 10J567 10J3210 which is newer

i wanna know which is newer
can i install 10J3210 in my 2010 mbp ?

10J3210 is the newer build.

You can install 10J3210 in your 2010 mbp, but only if you have a 2011 mbp. You'll have to run your 2010 as a target disk and use the 2011 to install the OS onto the target disk, at least that's how I did it.
