Build Quality/Durability of iPhone 4

hopefully it will better in iPhone 4.

i had two iPhone 2G with touch screen problem. Both of them I gifted to other parts of world and out of warranty.

and iPhone 3G with broken Ring/Silent button... just happened today.

What is your thought(s) and experience?

i know if it lasted at least couple of year it is nice, but it less than two years kinda sad.

The build quality has been fine for me I've had all three iPhones and nothing has happened to any of them.

Apple is well known to make each successive generation of their hardware worse. Expect the iPhone 4 to completely fall apart after 3 days of usage.
