I kinda have a feeling my 2nd gen iPad 12.9" screen flexes a little bit more under the Pencil then the 1st gen, but it is entirely possible that I just stopped paying attention on the previous model. When I get new devices I do tend to nitpick more. If I use a white background in, say, Procreate and press harder with the Pencil, I can see a slight LCD colorization while I press.

This is not a problem per se, other than the fact I'm subconsciously scared I will break the screen.

So, anyone moved from 1st to 2nd gen iPad Pro? Do you feel the build rigidness is the same? I didn't baby my 1st gen but I remained flawless. I almost have a feeling 2nd gen is more delicate, but I'm sure I'm just imagining it.
